The question of injury prevention is a complex topic, but the more you know about it can decrease the likelihood of future injury and accelerate your recovery.

Dr. Tamer Issa, PT, DPT, OCS has been a licensed physical therapist for 16 years. He has extensive training in manual therapy, dry needling, and functional rehabilitation. He also is published, teaches, and lectures at conferences. Dr. Issa has a particular interest in helping people in to reach a place of less pain, better mobility, improved function, and optimal physical performance.
