Dr. Weaver earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Dickinson College in 2001 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2005 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He has advanced training in Manual Therapy and is one of the few physical therapists in the area who is trained in trigger point dry needling (aka intramuscular manual therapy).
He is also highly trained in golf-specific fitness and rehabilitation through the Titleist Performance Institute. Dr. Weaver’s treatment approach is always evolving through his strong desire for learning. His clinical approach is heavily centered around manual therapy, but also integrates the latest principles of functional training, pain science, and trigger point dysfunction.
