Why Is Cross Training Important?

This seminar will dive in to the importance of cross training to better support the running body. Running requires an amplitude of strength, flexibility, balance, and agility to be executed in proper fashion and with less risk of injury. Becoming a better runner involves more than just running. This talk will help provide reasons for the benefit of cross training and examples of some exercises to start practicing right away. Feel free to stay after the seminar to join Megan in a 2-3 mile fun run around the area!
