Does Form Really Matter?

There are various theories on what type of form a runner should adopt, so how do you know which one is for you? Is there a one size fits all running form? In this seminar, we will address three types of popular running forms, effects of various running forms on the body and injury risk, shoes and their effect on form, and ways to help improve form. We will also discuss the importance of body fitness to better support good running form. The following questions will be answered:

Should I land on my toes, heel, or midfoot?

How important are my shoes in my running?

How will changing my form effect my running?
