Jessica Rafeedie joined ISSA Physical Therapy in May 2015. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2009 with a BS in Psychology and is working towards her MA in Elementary/Special Education. She spends most of her time outside of the office playing with her two children and running.
